When and where is the wedding?

Saturday, July 17, 2027, at The Grand Staircase, Hilton Waikoloa, Hawaiʻi.

What time should I arrive?

Join us at 5:15 p.m. for Guest Arrival and Champagne Welcome. The ceremony begins at 5:45 p.m. and concludes at 6:15 p.m. The reception follows at the same venue, from 6:15–10:00 p.m.

How do I reach The Grand Staircase?

Please allow extra time to arrive at the Main Lobby and take the tram to The Grand Staircase before our 5:15 p.m. welcome.

What should I wear?

Elegant Island Soirée · Resort-elegant attire
Flowing dresses or elegant separates, dress shirts, and tailored trousers. Jackets and ties are optional.

Where can I stay nearby?

Our Travel page features nearby hotels and highly rated vacation condos outside Hilton Waikoloa, with direct booking links.
